Located in northwestern Pennsylvania, visitors will get a chance to enjoy both the views and the history of a less-traveled part of the state.

PA Bacon Fest in Easton (November 5-6)
Entering into its 11th year, the PA Bacon Fest returns to Easton this month with 150 vendors, a live hog calling contest, music, and of course, an eating competition. An average of 80,000 visitors descend upon this bacon frenzy every year.
Slovak Heritage Festival in Pittsburgh (November 6)
Many don’t know that Pennsylvania has the highest number of Slovak Americans in the entire country. According to census data, 233,160 Slovak Americans reside in Pennsylvania, and the Slovak Heritage Festivalaims to celebrate that heritage, being billed as the largest Slovak cultural event in the country. Held at the University of Pittsburgh, visitors will get to try new foods, dance, and browse vendors.
